You understand that you have a choice to select any health care provider and pharmacy and, when you use or enter the Website, you affirmatively choose to use the healthcare providers affiliated with Asher. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to amend these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without penalty or liability to you or any third party. DESCRIPTION OF ASHER MED You understand and agree that the Website is intended to facilitate the following services (the “Services”): the development and gathering of health care records and information for use in medical provider encounters and communications; administrative support in connection with scheduling and payment for Health Care Services; coordination of fulfillment and payment for prescription medications and diagnostic testing; and technology support for accessing medical providers through affiliated professional entities.
You understand that the Website gathers personal and health-related information to enable an affiliated medical provider to determine whether a prescription or test is appropriate, including health history, medications, vitals, and more. You further understand that based on that data, the provider may issue a prescription or recommend other care. You consent to Asher sharing this data with its affiliates and partners, including providers, pharmacies, labs, and others involved in your care.
All medical providers who deliver services via Asher Med are independent professionals, either employed or contracted through affiliated medical groups. Asher Med does not practice medicine, control medical judgment, or interfere with provider decisions. Therefore, Asher is not responsible for medical decisions, services, or outcomes.
ELIGIBILITY To use the Website and Services, you must:
Be 18 years or older, or use under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
Reside in the U.S. in a state where Asher Med operates.
Have access to compatible devices and internet service.
